JGM Marketing is a Halifax-based marketing agency helping small businesses build a stronger, more intentional presence. We bring strategy and creativity together across social media, content creation, campaigns and marketing strategy, always starting with a clear understanding of the business behind the brand.

Founded by Julia MacLeod, JGM grew from a passion for social media into a broader marketing practice supporting businesses across Nova Scotia and beyond.

Julia began working on social media marketing campaigns in 2015 while studying at Saint Mary's University, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing in 2019. Since then, she has worked across social media management, content creation, paid advertising, marketing strategy, photography, campaigns and more, partnering with businesses across industries including retail, food and beverage, health and wellness, real estate, contractors, non-profits, audio-visual and beyond.

At the heart of JGM is a belief that the strongest marketing starts with understanding the business behind the brand. We look for the opportunities, build the strategy and bring it to life through creative work that feels true to you.
